Recipe

  1. These baked goods are quick and easy to prepare. If you are not friends with yeast dough, the opportunity presented itself to correct the situation. For baking, you need to take compressed yeast. They are not diluted with water, but ground with flour to crumbs.
  2. Softened butter must be mixed with sugar and eggs. Pour warm water and milk into flour with yeast (temperature about 30 degrees). Add the egg-sugar-oil mixture. Mix until a homogeneous lump of dough is formed. It is convenient to do this with a mixer, but if it is not there, you can cook with your hands.
  3. Cover the dough and place in a warm place for three hours. When the dough is ready, it will increase in size by two or three times, it needs to be cut into small identical koloboks. Roll an oval out of each kolobok and roll it into a bagel. Before baking, the bagels should lie on the sheet for ten minutes. The oven is still heated to the desired temperature of 200 degrees. The baked goods placed in the oven will be ready in 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.

Recipe

  1. To prepare these delicious bagels, you need to know all the secrets of kneading shortbread dough. There are not very many of them. The butter should not melt or the baked goods will be tough. Using a food processor to knead will make the process much easier. When you don't have a food processor, wet your hands under cold water and knead. Do not heat the oil on the stove. It should be soft, but not melted.
  2. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder, grind the chilled butter with flour to a crumb state, add cottage cheese, pre-mixed with one egg yolk, a pinch of salt and powdered sugar. Having quickly collected a lump of dough from the products, do not knead it for a long time on the table, immediately put it in a bag and in the freezer for half an hour.
  3. While the dough is cooling, start preparing the filling. Put the walnuts in a sturdy bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Mix with powdered sugar and egg white. The filling is ready.
  4. After removing the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into four parts. Roll out round cakes and cut these cakes into segments (8, 12, 16 pieces) depending on the size of the bagels you want. Place the filling on the wide edge of each segment and roll the dough into a roll. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you wish, you can sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.

Recipe

  1. For these bagels, you need to prepare two types of dough. To do this, the flour is divided into two equal parts. One dough must be made from butter, the other from sour cream. A small pinch of salt is added to the sour cream dough. In butter dough - half a teaspoon of baking powder.
  2. Gently knead both doughs into flat cakes about two centimeters thick. Butter dough is placed inside the sour cream dough, folded in an envelope and rolled into a rectangle. The procedure is repeated several times. Put the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator.
  3. An hour later, take out the dough, roll it into a rectangle and cut it across into small triangles. A wide part of the triangles is greased with jam and placed in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The oven needs 15-20 minutes at the same temperature. You can sprinkle the finished biscuits with icing sugar.
