  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 - 2 cups flour

I have 250 gram glasses. I use glasses and spoons in this recipe, not weights.

The ingredients are very simple in spite of their quantity. Pancake dough is easy to prepare. For the test, you need kefir, I took regular kefir 2.5% fat. We buy milk from the market, I use country milk.

We also need cocoa, salt, sugar, boiling water, flour and baking powder. To make the dough, we need a bowl.

First, we need to brew cocoa. To do this, pour cocoa and sugar into a bowl, add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to them and pour boiling water over everything. I stir it with a whisk. Next, I add milk to the cocoa bowl. I boiled the milk beforehand. My milk is cold. Thus, the mass became cold.

Combine flour with baking powder. You will need two teaspoons of baking powder, without a slide. I took 1.5 cups of flour (250 gram glasses), but as it turned out, this was not enough, so I added half a glass of flour, in total, I got 2 cups of flour.

You look at the consistency of your dough, add 1.5 flour and taste. If it seems to you that the flour is not enough, then add more flour. Sift the flour through a sieve before adding to the dough.

I stir the flour with a whisk. There may be lumps in the dough, it doesn't matter. Let the dough stand for another 15-20 minutes, then stir it again with a whisk, all the lumps will disperse.

This is my dough. It must necessarily stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to 30 minutes.

If it seems to you that there is not enough cocoa, or you are a big fan of dark chocolate, then you can add more cocoa. But for my taste, two spoons is enough, especially if the cocoa is of good quality.

The dough is homogeneous, with air bubbles. I liked the dough, it is easy and quick to prepare. We leave the dough for half an hour to disperse any lumps.

After half an hour, I again alter the dough and start baking pancakes. I grease the pan for the first pancake with vegetable oil, then there is no need to do this, the pancakes lag well behind the pan. The main thing is to use a non-stick pan.

I have a small frying pan, for every pancake I use half a ladle of dough. Pancakes turn out all in a hole.

Fry pancakes on both sides. Pancakes will cook very quickly, especially if the pan is very hot. But make sure they don't burn out. Cook for a minute on each side. Turn over with a spatula.

Each pancake can be brushed with butter, so they will be softer and they will taste creamy. Pancakes also do not stick together if they are greased with butter. But I didn't, the chocolate pancakes didn't stick together.
