Cucumbers cut into circles. Boil quail eggs (10 minutes), peel and cut into halves.

We cut the liver into small pieces. We chop the onion. We tear lettuce leaves with our hands and put them on a dish as a base.

We also place the rest of our ingredients in portions so that they evenly mix with each other.

Pour the salad with a special dressing: mix olive oil with lemon juice, salt, mustard and pepper to taste.

Salad with cod liver and olives

Ingredients

  • Lettuce leaves (salad mix) - 200 g
  • Cod liver - 1 can
  • Parsley greens - 0.5 bunch
  • Pitted olives - 0.5 cans
  • Quail egg - 4 pcs
  • Dressing lemon juice or olive oil

Cooking

Tear lettuce leaves and place on a platter.

Cut the olives in half, slice the cod, and chop the quail eggs on a grater. Let's add green parsley.

Let's put all this abundance on top of the leaves. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil or sprinkle with lemon juice.
