But there are recipes for quick and simple dishes that can be prepared every day, spending 15-20 minutes, and all the ingredients are always available and are in the refrigerator. For example, a salad with fried sausages. Such a recipe will appeal to all household members - both husband and children. It turns out very tasty, satisfying and inexpensive. A good addition to lunch, but you can also use it for dinner. Instead of sausages, you can take boiled or smoked sausage, or other smoked meats (bacon, brisket, salmon, ham). Bulgarian pepper gives a beautiful color to the salad, but you can do without it. Instead of pepper, pickled cucumber works well, and boiled carrots can be taken for color.

    Step 1: Prepare and boil the potatoes.

    First, take the right amount of potatoes and thoroughly wash them off the ground with a kitchen brush. We do not remove the peel, we immediately put it in a deep saucepan, fill it with purified water 5-7 centimeters above the level of the tubers and put it on medium heat.

    After boiling, cook potatoes in their skins 20–25 minutes depending on the size of the vegetable. Readiness is checked with a table fork. If its teeth enter smoothly, without pressure, then, using a tablespoon, transfer the potatoes to a plate and set to cool near the ajar window.

    Step 2: prepare sausages.


    In the meantime, remove the food casing from the sausage, put it on a cutting board and chop with a kitchen knife into rings 1 centimeter thick. Then put a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat.

    When it melts and warms up, we send the sausage there and fry it on all sides until light golden brown, constantly stirring with a kitchen spatula. After that, we transfer the browned ingredient to a clean dish and, like potatoes, cool in a well-ventilated place.

    Step 3: prepare the onion, tomato, parsley and boiled potatoes.


    While the main products are cooling, peel the onions. We wash it together with tomato and parsley under a stream of cold running water. Dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them in turn on a cutting board and continue cooking. We remove the place on which the stalk was attached to the tomato, and cut it into small cubes or slices up to 1.5 centimeters thick.
    We chop the onion into small cubes 5-7 millimeters in size, and the greens are just fine. Then we remove the skin from the cooled boiled potatoes, put the tubers on a clean board and chop with a new knife into large rings, half rings or quarters.

    Step 4: Bring the salad to full readiness.


    Now put the chopped potatoes, fried sausages, tomatoes and onions in a large bowl. Season them to taste with salt, black pepper and mayonnaise. Mix everything with a tablespoon until smooth. Transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
