With a certain skill, the ingredients can be rubbed directly onto the salad so that the chips lie as fluffy and airy as possible. And, of course, you should not press the layers against each other, tamping the salad. Its whole meaning is precisely in this pleasant airiness.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of canned green peas
  • 1/2 onion head
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 100 grams of sprat
  • 2 chicken eggs

Cooking

1. Dip the raw eggs into a saucepan with cold water and put on the stove. We boil them hard-boiled, pour cold water, cool.

While the eggs are cooling, we take onions. We clean it from the peel, wash it in cold water. With a sharp chef's knife moistened with cold water (so that tears do not flow), cut off half of the head and then chop it finely.

2. We take the cheese, grind it. You can grate it both on a coarse and fine grater, as you like more.

3. We free the cooled chicken eggs from the shell, make cuts and remove the yolks. While we are using proteins, we rub them on a grater (you can also use a coarse grater, even a small one).

Now it's time for the egg yolks. They go to the very top layer, so they should be beautiful. To do this, do not digest the eggs during cooking (so as not to turn blue), but now we rub on a fine grater very carefully to get beautiful fluffy curls.

240 grams of sprats (1 can), 3 fresh tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, mayonnaise, 3 slices of loaf and greens (parsley, dill).

Once all the components are assembled, you can go directly to work:

  1. Take the fish out of the jar and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Chop the tomatoes without peeling them.
  3. Pass the garlic through a special press.
