Wash the berries for the filling in advance and put them in a colander to dry. Put the soft butter in a bowl and rub until white. Next, beat the butter mass, adding one raw egg to it. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 cups of flour;
  • Half a pack of margarine or butter;
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • Half a teaspoon of salt;
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1 glass of sour cream;
  • Half a glass of sugar;
  • One and a half cups of cranberries.

Cooking:

Break the egg into a bowl, mix it with sugar and beat. Then add kefir, vanilla sugar, salt and baking soda. We mix everything well and begin to add the sifted flour, continuing to beat the dough at low speeds of the mixer. At the very end, add the melted and cooled margarine.

Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet, and spread the lingonberries in an even layer on top. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 150 degrees and bake the cake for about twenty minutes. Meanwhile, beat sour cream with sugar until smooth. While the cake is cooling, we wash and dry the lingonberries, wash and cut the apple into petals. Put sour cream in a bowl, add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Knead a homogeneous, fairly thick mass. Now pour lingonberries into it and mix. Pour the filling over the pie, level it and place the apple slices on top. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar and again send the cake to the oven for another forty minutes, lowering the temperature to 180 degrees. Let the cake cool completely and then take it out of the mold.
