For an omelet roll, a variety of fillings from what is in the refrigerator are suitable. The finished dish can be eaten immediately or cooled, cooked for a snack or cut into portions into beautiful pieces and served as a snack at the festive table.

Step 1: Prepare the oven and non-stick baking dish.

First turn on and warm up. oven at 180 degrees Celsius. At the same time, we cover the non-stick baking dish with a sheet of baking paper, put all the products that will be needed to prepare this wonderful dish on the countertop, and move on.

Step 2: Prepare the omelet mixture.

With the back of a knife, we stuff each chicken egg and send the yolks with proteins into a clean bowl of a stationary blender. We also put not very fat sour cream, sifted wheat flour, preferably of the highest grade, potato starch, a little salt and black pepper. We cover the kitchen appliance with a tight-fitting lid and turn it on at the highest speed. Beat the omelette mixture for about a minute or until it is quite fluffy.

Step 3: Bake the omelet.

Then pour the resulting egg-sour cream mass into the prepared form and put it in the oven, heated to the desired temperature. Bake the omelet for 20–25 minutes until plump and golden. Then we pull kitchen gloves on our hands, rearrange the form with a fragrant ruddy miracle on a cutting board, previously placed on the countertop, and let it cool a little, if you start forming immediately, the hot roll will break.

Step 4: prepare the ingredients for the filling.

We do not waste a minute, while the base for our culinary masterpiece cools down a bit, we begin to work on the filling. We remove the food casing from the ham, put the sausage product on a cutting board and chop with a sharp kitchen knife into small cubes up to 1 centimeter in size.

We cut off the paraffin crust from hard cheese and chop it on a fine, medium or large grater into a clean bowl.

Step 5: form an omelet roll.

When we took the omelet out of the oven, it was slightly swollen, but gradually cooling down to a warm state, a donkey. Using a tablespoon, grease the surface of the egg base with mayonnaise, crush its perimeter with about a hundred grams of chopped cheese and lay out the ham in an artistic mess.

Now let's start rolling the roll. We act gradually, carefully removing the baking paper from the omelette, now it will come off easily.

But you don’t need to be zealous either, we pry the egg base back and forth until you get a beautiful dense roll.

We do not throw away the paper, we distribute it back in the form and place the formed product in the middle.

Step 6: Bring the omelet roll to full readiness.

We decorate the surface of the roll with the remains of cheese and proceed to the next, almost final step. Again we put a chic culinary masterpiece in a preheated oven, but this time not for long, just for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese crust covering the surface of the roll is browned. Then, using the same potholders, we rearrange the form on the board, let the fragrant dish cool slightly, divide it into portions, distribute them on plates and invite the household to taste the egg creation!

Step 7: Serve the omelet roll.

The omelet roll is really great! Serve it hot, warm or cold as an appetizer or a full-fledged main course. Before serving, the ruddy miracle is cut across into portioned pieces, distributed on plates, supplemented with fresh herbs if desired, and put on the table along with light additions, such as marinades, pickles, salads, vegetable puree, or what you like best. This recipe is great for any friendly feast, so cook with pleasure and enjoy homemade food!
Bon Appetit!

The filling indicated in the recipe is not fundamental, for example, ham can be replaced with any stewed, smoked, dried or boiled meat products: chicken, beef, pork, turkey, bacon. Also, on top of the meat, you can put finely chopped fresh tomatoes, lettuce peppers, any fresh herbs, pickled onions or other vegetables fried in a small amount of butter or vegetable oil: zucchini, squash, eggplant, cauliflower and others;

An alternative to mayonnaise is sour cream, homemade cream, sauces based on tomatoes or vegetables;

The set of spices depends only on your desire, supplement it to taste with any spices or dried herbs that are suitable for egg dishes.

When preparing omelette rolls, it is necessary to be careful in handling the fragile omelet mass, since with sudden movements the baked roll can crack, and the treat will lose its aesthetic appearance.

In order to eliminate such troubles, let the omelet cool enough and roll the roll slowly, carefully separating it from paper or film. If you roll the roll not along, but across, the risk of crackling is significantly reduced.

The choice of toppings for an omelet dish is not limited.
