1. Prepare all products for the meat grinder. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes with onions. Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the film (if any) and also chop. If you have chicken parts, cut the meat off the bones. Be sure to take fresh poultry, preferably home-made.

2. Grind the chicken, potatoes and onions through a meat grinder with a medium rack. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Add salt and ground black pepper to the products. Do not limit the addition of spices; you can add whatever you like best. The more spices, the better and tastier the dish will be.

3. Mix the ingredients and add one raw egg.

4. Mix the minced meat well again. It is better to do this with your hands, passing it between your fingers. You can add garlic pressed through a press, it will give the dish an incomparable aroma.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan; It is necessary to fry the cutlets exclusively in a well-heated frying pan with oil. Using wet hands to prevent the minced meat from sticking, form oval or round cutlets. Place them in the pan.

Cooking steps

We clean the carrots and pumpkin. We cut pumpkin, carrots and cabbage not very coarsely.

Fry finely chopped onion in oil. We pass chicken fillet, pumpkin, carrots, cabbage through a meat grinder (vegetables can also be chopped in a food processor). To the resulting minced meat add fried onions, chopped bell peppers, semolina and finely chopped parsley. Salt and pepper the resulting mass and mix thoroughly.

Form cutlets and place them in a greased baking dish.

  4. In a frying pan with heated sunflower oil, sauté finely chopped onion.
  5. While one of the vegetables is fried, peel the carrots and pass through a coarse grater. Getting ready to make the sauce. Fill a small saucepan with two glasses of water and wait for it to boil. Then add grated carrots, tomatoes cut into slices (you can use tomato paste or sauce), bay leaves, salt and pepper. Reduce the temperature and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

  1. Let's start with zucchini. We will need half a medium-sized vegetable or one small one. It needs to be washed and cleaned. Cut into cubes and grind with a blender. But not too small, we don’t need porridge. If suddenly you don’t have a blender, grate it on a coarse grater. Now put the zucchini in a colander, add a little salt and leave to remove excess moisture.
  2. Now you need to peel and wash the onions and carrots and also grind them in a blender.
  3. Take a chicken breast, cut it into pieces, grind it into mince and add it to the vegetables.
  4. Grind the cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass using a blender or sieve. If desired, you can add grated hard cheese to the cutlets at this stage.
