  3. Peel the eggs from the shell, separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the whites into cubes, grate the yolks on a coarse grater or chop with a knife.
  4. Peel the pomegranate and separate it into grains. Leave a small handful to decorate the salad.

  6. Wash and dry the Chinese cabbage. Cut off the white root part and chop into cubes (the green leafy part can be used to decorate the salad or left for another dish).
